Privacy notice

Last updated October 11, 2026

MOTHERSHIP is a private commercial real estate business application operated by Adam Hill for Zehner Hill. This notice explains its optional Google Drive report-filing connection and related information handling.

Business information

The private workspace uses authorized CRM evidence, recommendations, listing and requirement records, activity history and user feedback to support business intelligence and reporting. Access to application records requires authentication and is subject to account permissions. Public information pages do not expose business records.

Google Drive access

The application requests Google Drive’s drive.file permission to create and maintain authorized MOTHERSHIP report files and folders. This permission applies to files created by the application or otherwise specifically authorized for it; it does not grant access to every file in the user’s Drive.

Drive authorization is used for report filing, updating authorized reports and recovering interrupted reporting jobs. During controlled validation, filing is confined to a labeled test folder. Filing into normal owner-report folders requires separately approved configuration.

Information retained

Report files remain in the consenting user’s Google Drive. The application retains the file and folder references, report-job state and business information needed to complete reporting, preserve history and recover failed jobs. Retained reporting state may include encrypted copies of the report content needed for recovery. Authentication material is held in protected server-side storage and is excluded from public pages, browser responses, reports, source code and ordinary application logs.

Use and disclosure

Google Drive information is used to provide the authorized report-filing and recovery functions. It is not sold or used for advertising. Google and the application’s hosting and storage providers process information as needed to deliver those functions. MOTHERSHIP’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Access and security

The application is private. Owner authentication, backend permissions and protected secret storage restrict access. Publishing Google OAuth application information does not grant team access or anonymous access to the business application. Client-facing reports are generated separately under the application’s privacy and content rules.

Revocation and deletion

You may revoke MOTHERSHIP’s Google authorization from your Google account connections. Revocation stops future Drive filing; it does not automatically delete existing reports. You may delete report files through Google Drive and contact Adam Hill to request deletion of retained application state or assistance with access. Records needed for an approved business-history or recovery purpose are retained until no longer needed or a deletion request is resolved.

Contact and changes

For questions about access, privacy or deletion, contact Adam Hill at adamhill05@gmail.com. This notice will be updated if the application’s permissions or information-handling practices change.
